Of course. We organise tailor-made wellness stays, yoga retreats and Ayurvedic programmes for solo travellers. Whether your goal is relaxation, stress management, improving your fitness or finding greater balance, we choose the destination, centre, duration and level of support best suited to you. For an Ayurvedic programme, treatments are decided at the centre after a consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor.

We also organise a small-group trip each year combining yoga and an Ayurvedic programme. If you wish, you can join the group and share this enriching experience with other travellers.

The price per person depends on several factors: your destination, the length of your trip, the season, your accommodation preferences, transport, the experiences you choose and the number of travellers. As every itinerary is planned around you, there is no single price that applies to every trip.

If you would like extra reassurance, we can also, with the client’s prior consent, put you in touch with someone from your country who has travelled with us. You can speak freely with them about their experience.
